Official Ford Ironman World Championship Camp

LifeSport, the official coaches of Ironman, invite you to Hawaii on October 4-6

Join LifeSport, "the Official Coaches of Ironman", in Hawaii on October 4-6th for a weekend of specific preparation for the Ford Ironman World Championships. The camp will serve as a perfect opportunity to prepare on the actual course and ensure success on race day.

Featured will be internationally renowned Ironman coaches and top pros who will provide inspiration and specific tips on course features, nutrition planning, heat management, pacing, and mental strategies. The camp is also open to triathletes who are not racing who are simply looking for a great weekend of training and learning for future events.

Directing the camp will be Ironman and Olympic Champion Coaches Lance Watson and Paul Regensburg. Special guest professional athletes will include Chris Lieto, Linsey Corbin, Katya Meyers, and Bree Wee.
